Mini games rules
Mọi người làm ơn đọc kĩ luật nhá. ko ngay mai bi mấy quả penalty thi mệt lắm đấy:
5-a-side Football
1. Each Society may register a maximum of 1 team for this event.
2. Each team registered for this event will consist of 5 players and 5 reserves. Only the 10 registered players registered at the start of the game may participate. A breach in this rule will result in a nullification of any games played under the circumstances. The opposing teams will be awarded a walkover win.
3. The Referee will decide which team will kick off the game by means of a coin toss.
4. Each half will last 10 minutes with 1-minute interval in between each half to facilitate the swapping of sides.
5. In the semi-finals and finals game, each half will last for 20 minutes with a 2-minute interval. In the case of overtime, penalties will occur.
6. A team must start a match with all 5 players and at any point in time in the match; the minimum number of players allowed for a team is 4 players. If a team fails to meet these requirements, the match is called off and a walkover is awarded to the opposing team.
7. A walkover in the 1st round of the tournament will result in the opposing team being awarded a win with a 3-0 score line. A walkover win in subsequent rounds will result in a win and advancement to the next stage of the tournament.
8. In the 1st round of the round-robin competition, 3 points will be awarded for a win, 1 point for a draw and 0 points for a loss. The precedence between teams with the same points garnered will be decided on goal difference, failing which, the result between the 2 teams, failing which, the number of goals scored, failing which, a sudden death penalty shoot out between the 2 sides.
9. Subsequent rounds will be played in a knockout fashion. Upon a tie at full-time, the Referee will blow the final whistle and restart the game from the centre circle after announcing and explaining sudden death extra time. The team that first kicked-off the match will kick-off the 5 minute period of sudden death extra time. The team, which scores the first goal in this period, wins the game. If the teams remain tied after 5 minutes of extra time, the 2 teams will nominate 3 penalty takers to take a penalty each. If after the 6 penalties, the teams remain tied, the match will be decided on sudden death penalties with the 3 nominated players taking turns to take the penalties repetitively.
10. Players can only score from outside the ‘D’ area surrounding the goal. Only Goalkeepers are allowed within the ‘D’ at all times, other then when a penalty is awarded. If an Attacking player steps into his opponent’s ‘D’, a free kick is awarded to the Defending team. The Goalkeeper may take the free kick from anywhere inside the ‘D’. If a Defending player steps into his own ‘D’, a penalty is immediately awarded to the Attacking team. In this situation, the Referee has the final decision on whether it is intentional (penalty) or unintentional (free kick).
11. When a penalty is awarded, the player taking the penalty is the only player other than the Goalkeeper allowed in the ‘D’. The player must observe the one step rule when taking the penalty. He may take the penalty once the Referee has blown the whistle after confirming that the Goalkeeper is ready. When the Goalkeeper defends the penalty, he must remain on the goal line until the kick is taken. Rebounds from the penalty can only be taken from outside the ‘D’.
12. The offside rule does not apply.
13. The back pass rule applies. It is an infringement for the Goalkeeper to handle a ball that has been intentionally passed back to him or her through a kick. The Attacking team will be awarded a penalty in this instance.
14. The Goalkeeper can only keep the ball in possession in the ‘D’ for a period of no more than 10 seconds, be it handling or otherwise. An infringement of this rule will result in a Free kick being awarded to the Attacking team 1 meter out of the ‘D’.
15. In the instance where a foul has been committed and the opposing team has been awarded a free kick, it will be taken at the point of the foul and the defending team is required to stay 3 metres or 9 feet away. Failure to abide by this rule will allow the Referee to advance the free kick by 5 meters. There will not be a distinction between direct and indirect free kicks.
16. When the ball is kicked to a height above shoulder level, a free kick will be awarded to the opposing team from where the kick was made.
17. When the ball is kicked out of play over the walls, a free kick is awarded to the opposing team, to be taken where the ball exits play.
18. The Referee has the authority to:
a. Control the Start and End of matches
b. Halt or pause the game in a case of injury or miscellaneous emergencies
c. Pause time in order to make explanations to the players should he wish to do so
d. To send off any player for violent conduct, unprofessional behaviour or dissent. The player whom is sent off cannot play for the remainder of the tournament.
19. Rolling Substitution is allowed.
20. Medals will be awarded to all players of the champion, runner-up and second-up positions.
