On behalf of SVUK committee board, I would like to invite you and your representatives to join us in the Annual General Meeting 2 (AGM2) to be held on the 21st of March 2009.
Location: Room D202, Clement House, LSE – Houghton Street WC2A 2AE
Time: 11am

This will be a great opportunity for us to get together, reinforce the bond between VietSocs to VietSocs, Vietsocs to SVUK – in order to practically promote and improve further the student benefits that we’ve got to offer our members, especially when working together more closely.

it is essential that you send me as soon as you can: Number of your attending representatives, Their names and Contacts (email & mobile) by 17th March the latest
We suggest that each VietSoc/location has 1-3 members
(Also note that we attempt to cover your travel expenses so please book travel tickets as soon as you confirm your presence)

Please be aware that we also require the dress code to be smart and formal.
